A warm welcome to Kids Planet, a registered Kindergarten, offering quality early learning facilities, in Mbweni JKT – Dar es Salaam.
Having worked in the educational arena for over 30 years in and outside the country and having had ‘hands-on’ experience, I am now very excited to have this opportunity to share my knowledge and experience as well as fulfil my passion – teaching. I sincerely look forward to working with yourselves and your children.
We do realize that for most of the children, this will be their first school experience and we will ensure that every child is provided with the attention required to support their unique learning needs, make their first learning experience exciting and in the long-run build their self-esteem and confidence.
Our primary goal is to assist each and every child grow holistically in a loving and supportive environment to be the best they can be.
We believe that play is the primary vehicle through which learning progresses in the early years; therefore our focus will be on teaching them through the use of educational toys and material.
Strong emphasis will be placed on the development of early numerical and reading skills in the children to enable them to fit into any educational system of your choice. Parents/guardians will be encouraged to join our reading sessions and book club as we firmly believe that ‘today’s reader is tomorrow’s leader’.
